I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN
If you wish to make an exchange or return, we remind you that the item must be in perfect condition, including its packaging.

To process your request we will need you to provide us with some information about the purchase and the reason for the exchange/return so that we can also evaluate your purchasing experience.

Remember to do it within 30 days of receiving the order. Write us an email to support@sonarbr.com with your request, indicating your name and order number (starts with “#”) and we will respond to you within 24 to 48 business hours.

PS: The shipping cost must be paid by the customer themselves.
REFUND
We make refunds in the same payment method that you used when placing your order. To do this, once the return has been received and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund. At that time, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days.
